Dear Gordon, -

I received your letter and also the snaps. The one of you is awfully good you look real dignified and as if you were on duty. I heard that you were gaining.

Last Sunday after Sunday School Ellen, Bea and myself went over for Charleen and while we were waiting who should come upstairs but Art Hillmer. He, Bill and Howe Ezard, Arnie Urquhart (not spelt correctly) and Bill Dean had driven up in Bill Dean's car. Bill and Art took us for a ride and then we went back to hotel and Bea and I stayed with Charlene. The boys didn't start for home until 9 o'clock and as it was snowing and awfully cold and they didn't even have the head lights on I don't think they will be coming to Milton again soon.

Art was telling me about Inez and Sparling. It seems he (Art) goes up to see Inez whenever Sparling goes in the other direction.

I'm going to be good and stay home this holiday. But Norma is coming up on Friday to stay and Myrtle is coming on Wednesday. So I'm am almost counting the hours. Even if there easn't anything very exciting we will be together and we can always talk as usual.

If you have Monday off why not come down and see your Milton friends for the day we would all just love to have you. and remember Norma will be here. But if you can't get off Monday come down on evening train Monday night and stay until Tuesday morning. We would be able at least to see you in your uniform before you go too far away. Drop me a note and let me know soon and Norma & I will meet you.

I suppose we will have a great time at school to-morrow April 1.

very sincerely

Fleda
